I work with students who are navigating life transitions and seeking a deeper sense of self-awareness and connection. My approach to therapy is holistic, interactive, and collaborative. I believe that each individual faces their own unique experience and challenges in life.
In my work with my clients, I strive to assist individuals in developing a secure sense of personal identity and finding meaning in their lives. I am also trained as a yoga instructor and will often incorporate breathing techniques, mindfulness, and other yoga-based skills into my typical therapeutic process to assist in strengthening and healing the mind-body connection that can often create emotional discomfort.
